Digital Radiography

Most metabolic and lipid profile tests require a 12-hour fasting period. Drinking water is permitted and encouraged to maintain adequate hydration during the fasting period.

A minimum 6-hour fast is required for liver elastography. A full bladder is required for abdomen, pelvic, and early pregnancy scans. NT/NB and Anomaly scans may need long waiting time or repeat visits.

No fasting is required. Please wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing and avoid garments with metal zippers, buttons, or snaps near the area to be examined, as these may interfere with imaging.

Frequently asked questions

Find quick answers about our services and how we share diagnostic reports with you.

How fast do my results arrive?

How long do Anomaly scans take?

Most routine abdominal and early pregnancy scan reports will be made ready within 15 minutes. Biochemistry test results will be ready in 2 hours and Hormone test results in 3 hours.

Anomaly scans are time-consuming as it depends on the foetal position. In most cases, foetus will be in prone (face down) position and may take hours to be in supine position (face up) and since we follow ISUOG guidelines, final report will be given only after visualizing all foetal parts and movements.

Do I need a referral?

Ready to schedule?

While we accept self-referred patients for select screenings, diagnostic scans generally require a requisition form from your doctor. All pregnancy scans need a referral form from your doctor as per PCPNDT rules.
